Kate currently holds the position of Vice President of Research & Content Strategy for Keeping Current Matters (KCM), and has led teams that deliver simple and effective content and messaging for more than 20 years. 

An educator at heart, nothing makes Kate happier than helping industry leaders and influencers achieve their goals. Communicating actionable insights in a clear and concise way, she elevates others around her with the power of information.

Kate is a nationally recognized speaker, most recently presenting for the Women’s Council of Realtors, Jared James Advance, Inside Real Estate, The Big Event, and more. Kate shares expert housing market insights in keynotes, webinars, deep dives, and training videos to help real estate agents and consumers build trust and stand out as the go-to resource in their market.

She was recently honored by her undergraduate alma mater, the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond, for leading students and alumni through ongoing workshops on How to Deliver Your Elevator Pitch. Her impact has been exponential in that space, with over 10 years of dedicated service. She is a core value award winner at KCM and has received the highest company honor, the North Star Award, in her previous business strategist role at a Fortune 500 company.

Kate graduated from the University of Richmond in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies and Communication Studies. She completed a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Lehigh University in 2004.
